Missions Ministry
IC@MK places a strong emphasis on obeying the Great Commission to “make disciples of all the nations” (Mt. 28:19). Therefore, the Missions Ministry seeks to help all of IC@MK to align themselves with God’s heart of gathering people from every nation, tribe, and language to himself.
Our Missions Team coordinates congregational support for outreach, including working with missionaries, orphanages, refugees, and many other ministries in KL, Malaysia, and Asia Pacific.
What does the Missions Ministry do?
Pray
Every month, our team meets together to pray for all of the missions ministries in which our church is involved.
Plan
During these monthly meetings, our team also spends much time planning out (1) future missions activities and (2) how to best use our church’s funds to give generously to support missions opportunities (local and abroad).
Propel
Our team connects and empowers individuals and small groups from our church to serve the nations and proclaim the gospel through different missions opportunities.
Proclaim
Our team also gets to partake in these proclamation activities as well!
